This Privacy Policy describes how Serevon Labs ("Serevon Labs", "we", "us", or "our") handles information in connection with the ContinuCam Android application ("ContinuCam" or the "App").
By using ContinuCam, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
ContinuCam requires access to certain device features in order to provide its recording functionality. Access to these features does not necessarily mean that the information is collected by Serevon Labs.
ContinuCam accesses your device's camera when you use the App to record video. Camera data is used to create the recordings you request.
ContinuCam does not intentionally transmit your camera feed or recorded video to Serevon Labs.
When audio recording is enabled or used as part of a video recording, ContinuCam may access your device's microphone to record audio with the video.
Recorded audio is stored as part of the recording on your device or selected storage location. ContinuCam does not intentionally transmit recorded audio to Serevon Labs.
ContinuCam accesses device storage as necessary to create, save, manage, and finalize recordings.
Depending on your Android version and the storage location you select, Android may provide ContinuCam with access to a specific folder, media collection, or storage location.
Recordings remain under your control and are stored locally on your device or in a storage destination made available to ContinuCam through Android.
ContinuCam may check the amount of storage space available on your device while recording. This information is used for recording reliability and safety features, such as warning the user or attempting to safely finalize an active recording when available storage becomes critically low.
Available storage information is processed locally and is not intentionally transmitted to Serevon Labs.
ContinuCam may access device battery status while recording. Battery information may be used to provide recording safety features, such as warning the user when the device battery is critically low and helping protect an active recording from being unexpectedly interrupted.

ContinuCam may request permission to display Android notifications. Notifications may be used to indicate that a recording is active, provide recording status, or provide safety and status warnings.
During an active recording session, ContinuCam may use Android foreground-service functionality to help maintain recording operation in accordance with Android operating-system requirements.
When applicable, Android may display an ongoing notification indicating that ContinuCam is operating or recording.
ContinuCam's use of camera, microphone, storage, battery status, or other device resources is for functionality associated with the App and its recording features.
Video and audio recordings created using ContinuCam are intended to remain on your device or in a storage location you select.
Serevon Labs does not operate a ContinuCam cloud recording service and does not intentionally upload your recordings to Serevon Labs servers.
You are responsible for the content you record and for complying with applicable laws regarding video recording, audio recording, consent, privacy, surveillance, and use of cameras or microphones in your jurisdiction.
In its current form, ContinuCam is designed to minimize collection of personal information by Serevon Labs.
Serevon Labs does not intentionally collect the following through ContinuCam:
Information that ContinuCam uses solely on your device to perform App functionality is not uploaded to Serevon Labs unless this Privacy Policy is updated to state otherwise.
ContinuCam may offer premium features, subscriptions, or other purchases through Google Play Billing.
Payments are processed by Google Play. Serevon Labs does not directly receive your full payment-card number or other complete payment credentials.
ContinuCam may receive information from Google Play that is necessary to determine whether a purchase or subscription is valid and whether premium features should be enabled. This may include purchase status, subscription status, product entitlement information, or transaction-related identifiers provided through Google Play Billing.
Google may independently process information associated with your Google account, device, payment method, purchases, or subscriptions in accordance with Google's own terms and privacy policies.

ContinuCam does not currently use third-party advertising to display ads within the App.
ContinuCam is not designed to track your recording activity for advertising purposes.
Serevon Labs does not sell your ContinuCam recordings or personal information to advertisers.
Serevon Labs does not sell or rent ContinuCam recordings to third parties.
Information necessary for purchases or subscriptions may be processed by Google Play as described above.
Because ContinuCam recordings are stored locally, any sharing, copying, synchronization, backup, or transfer performed by another application, device service, operating-system feature, cloud-backup service, file manager, or user action is outside ContinuCam's direct control.
Recordings are retained on your device or selected storage location until you delete, move, overwrite, or otherwise manage them.
You may delete recordings using ContinuCam where deletion functionality is available, through Android's file or media-management tools, or through another compatible file-management application.
ContinuCam may store application settings and preferences locally on your device. These settings may generally be removed by clearing ContinuCam's application data or uninstalling the App.
Purchase and subscription records maintained by Google are subject to Google's own data-retention and deletion practices.
ContinuCam may locally retain information necessary to determine feature access or subscription entitlement. Such locally stored application information may generally be removed by clearing the App's data or uninstalling the App, although valid purchases may be restored or verified again through Google Play.
ContinuCam is designed to minimize transmission of sensitive recording content by storing recordings locally rather than on Serevon Labs servers.
Local recordings are subject to the security protections, permissions, storage configuration, encryption capabilities, backups, and access controls provided by your Android device and any storage destination you choose.
You should protect your device using appropriate security features such as a screen lock, device encryption, secure backups, and current operating-system updates.
No method of electronic storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
ContinuCam relies on Android and may use Google Play services, including Google Play Billing, to provide platform and purchase-related functionality.
Third-party services are governed by their own privacy policies and terms. Serevon Labs does not control the privacy practices of third-party services, operating-system components, storage providers, or applications installed on your device.
ContinuCam does not currently require users to create a Serevon Labs account in order to use the App.
A Google account may be required by Google Play for installing the App or purchasing or managing subscriptions. That Google account is managed by Google, not Serevon Labs.
ContinuCam is not specifically designed or directed toward children. Serevon Labs does not knowingly use ContinuCam to collect personal information from children.
Because recordings are stored locally, parents and guardians are responsible for supervising use of the App by minors and for ensuring that recording activities comply with applicable laws.
Serevon Labs may update this Privacy Policy when ContinuCam's features, technology, data practices, legal requirements, or third-party services change.
When this Privacy Policy is updated, the "Last updated" date at the top of this page will be revised.
Material changes to ContinuCam's handling of personal or sensitive information will be reflected in this Privacy Policy and, where required, in appropriate in-app disclosures and Google Play declarations.
